Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and are added to the total purchase price. Orders are shipped via Canada post. We will ship your order within 3 business days (often sooner!) and should arrive in another 3 to 7 business days. It may be longer to certain rural areas and the Northwest Territories, Yukon, or Nunavut.
Any special shipping requests must be made in the comments box and additional charges may apply.
We will send you an email with your tracking number (where applicable) once your item has been shipped.
For delivery within Canada
Most orders within Canada are sent Expedited Parcel; they are traceable and insured up to $100.
For shipments up to 2 kg – $12
For orders of $200.00 or more before taxes – FREE SHIPPING!
For shipping to the United States
For shipments up to 2 kg – C$25 We will ship at cost and refund any excess charged.
For shipments over 2 kg, should additional fees apply, we will contact you before processing your order.
Customers are responsible for any duty or customs fees and taxes. Items will be marked as merchandise with the appropriate value.
At this time, we do not deliver internationally.
Shipping of bulky or heavy items will have a minimum or additional shipping charge added; this will be indicated in the product description. Hard goods such as spinning and weaving equipment will be shipped at cost. We will email you with the exact cost before shipping. These items are all excluded from any free shipping offers.
If items are not available at the time of your order, then we will contact you by email and offer you the option to backorder or substitute product or cancel with refund.
We are happy to accept returns on yarn for a refund within 30 days of purchase if unused, in original condition, and with the original Order Number. The refund will be made to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sale yarn, special orders, needles, notions, books, patterns, and giftware are all final sale.
If you registered an account with us, you can request a refund through the My Account link above. Click View for the order you wish to return and then click Return Item(s). Choose the products to return and the quantity. Choose a return reason and action, then click Send.
If you prefer, you may also call us or email us, clearly stating your reason for the return, along with your order number and the specific items you wish to return/exchange.
We will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please note the RA# on the front of your return parcel.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If you requested an exchange, we will then process and ship your replacement order. Shipping charges will apply.
