Learn the basics of sock knitting in 3 hours while knitting a cuff down mini sock!
Broken down into easy-to-follow segments you will learn: the anatomy of a sock, how to turn a heel, shape a gusset, determine the right size/length for your sock and shape a toe.
Students with leave the workshop with all the skills they need & a pattern to knit a pair of adult socks.
Prerequisites:
- Student can Knit, Purl, Increase & Decrease and have some experience knitting in the round.
- The pattern is both written for and taught using double pointed needles. If your preference for small diameter is magic loop that is fine so long as you are very experienced with that method.
